In cases where a supplier fails to deliver a paid-for service, any potential refund or remedy must be sought directly from the supplier or through applicable insurance or other responsible parties—unless Tripixio is directly responsible. While we take precautions to work with reputable suppliers, we cannot be held liable for issues outside of our control.

Tripixio is not liable for any error, delay, omission, accident, loss, damage, or failure related to the services offered by external providers. We are also not responsible for pricing changes, service modifications, or equipment substitutions that occur after payment is made.

Price Drop Assurance Terms and Conditions

Price Drop Assurance is an optional service that allows Tripixio to search for additional savings on flight bookings made through our platform. If found, we rebook your flight with the same details and refund the difference via a Tripixio gift card, minus a small service fee.

We search for better prices for up to 24 hours after your booking. If a better deal is found (typically $30 or more), you receive the savings as a gift card toward future flights. However, savings are not guaranteed, and the program is not available on all flights or carriers.

Release

By using our services, you agree to release Tripixio, including our affiliates, employees, officers, and agents, from all claims or liabilities related to third-party service providers—including but not limited to airlines, hotels, attractions, car rentals, tour operators, and consolidators. This release includes known and unknown claims arising from the performance or failure of such third-party services.
